To prepare for the WorldSkills Competition in China and to select the best representatives, provincial-level competitions were conducted by TEVTA. In this regard, students who successfully qualified at the district and regional levels in the Electrical trade competed in the third phase at the provincial level. This competition was held at the Government College of Technology, Gujranwala.
Commissioner Gujranwala, Syed Naveed Haider Sherazi, along with Chief Operating Officer TEVTA, Mr. Faisal Fareed, visited the Government College of Technology, Gujranwala. During the visit, they inspected the competition venue, thoroughly reviewed the facilities, examined the competition tasks, assessed students’ skills and abilities, and also interacted with the judges.
While addressing the participants, COO TEVTA stated that TEVTA, as an institution, is not only capable of representing Pakistan effectively at national forums but also has the potential to compete in international competitions. He further expressed confidence that TEVTA will bring pride to Pakistan on the global stage.
