Pro-Active Disclosure

Information TEVTA discloses proactively under Section 4 of the Punjab Transparency and Right to Information Act, 2013.

On the direction of the Punjab Information Commission, and under Section 4 of the Punjab Transparency and Right to Information Act, 2013, TEVTA Punjab shall pro-actively disclose the following information:

  1. Particulars of the public body, its Functions, and Duties
  2. Powers and functions of its officers and employees
  3. Norms and Criteria set by the public body for the discharge of its functions
  4. Acts, Ordinances, rules, regulations, notifications, circulars, and other legal instruments being enforced, issued, or used by the public body in the discharge of its functions
  5. A statement of categories of information being held by the public body
    • Not applicable for TEVTA, Punjab
  6. A Directory of its officers Including Regional Directors and District Directors  
  7. All Officers taking remuneration, perks, and privileges as per Govt. of the Punjab rules notified in this regard 
  8. Budget of public body including details of all proposed and actual expenditures 
  9. Amount of subsidy and details of beneficiaries if the public body provides any subsidy

  10. Particulars of the recipients of concessions, permits, or authorizations granted by the public body
    • Not applicable for TEVTA, Punjab
  11. Facilities available with the public body for obtaining information held by it
    • TEVTA Punjab designated its Chief Public Information Officer and Public Information Officer, and contact/email is also given on the website to facilitate the General Public
